From 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)online before arrival. This new system streamlines immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

One-Way Private Airport Transfers & Fine print (select packages only)

• Includes: A one-way private arrival airport transfer from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.

• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:

  • Flight number and arrival time.

  • Child seats requirements.

  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items.

• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.

• Transfers can accommodate up to six luggage pieces or suitcases per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.

• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked or guests may bring their own.

• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
